Take Home Folders

Every student will have a designated take home folder.  Teachers will use these folders for classroom information including permission slips for field trips and other class related forms. All paper copy information from the school and church offices will be sent home with the youngest/only child per family.

Please sign/complete and return any forms and return the folder the following day.
