Extended Care Program (ECP)

The Extended Care Program (ECP) is available to all HTCS families for before and after school care needs for all students Pre-K3 through Grade 8.

Before school ECP care is provided in the school cafeteria.  Students are welcome to bring a breakfast snack.  After school ECP is held in the cafeteria as the main location, but also in the gym and on the playground.  A light snack is provided for students who remain at ECP after 4:00pm.

Regular afternoon ECP users will register and commit to the days of the week they intend to use ECP to obtain the ECP rate of $8/child per day. This registration takes place in the Spring (or upon registration for our new students).

ECP is flexible, such that if a parent is running late for afternoon pickup, or something comes up and you need to drop off your students early, you may do so. An unscheduled drop-in ECP use is $12/child per day.

ECP fees will be invoiced via FACTS monthly for those who choose scheduled ECP days, and weekly for the drop-in days attended.

Program Costs:
6:45-7:45 A.M. -- $2.50/session
3:15-5:30 P.M. -- $8.00/session, if scheduled
