Annual School Auction - A Wicked Night of Fun!

Our team is working overtime behind the curtain to make this night positively spellbinding , and it simply wouldn’t be the same without you.
Take a moment to read through this email so you’re fully prepared for a night that promises to be popular, powerful, and just a little bit wicked.
 
Timeline:
5:00 pm:  Doors Open
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Complete your Journey to Oz, Silent Auction & Drinks
6:00 pm: Party Zones Open
6:30 pm:  Dinner & Desserts
6:45pm:   Prayer & Munchkinland Welcome Ceremony
7:00pm:   Raffle Winners Announced
7:15 pm - 9:00 pm:  Live Auction & Entertainment
8:30 pm - 9:00 pm:  Silent Auction Closes & Event Wrap Up
9:00pm -10:30 pm:  Silent Auction Pick Up & DJ
After Party:  Join us at 1st Street Lounge (119 W. First St. O’Fallon) where 15% of sales will benefit HTCS!  
 
What to do BEFORE Saturday?

• Download Handbid
• Buy your raffle tickets for the Cardinals Backyard Bonanza, Blues Firepit of Booze, Perfect Patio Oasis, and Sparkle Raffles
• Start bidding on Silent Auction items

 
Handbid
ALL bidding (except for the LIVE auction) is done through our Handbid App! If you haven’t already done so, take a moment to download the app.  This is how your bidder number is assigned. 
 
Only guests with bidder numbers in Handbid will be able to bid on the Silent Auction & Live Auction.

Party Zones
As soon as the clock strikes six, you’ll be able to snag your Party Zone tickets in Handbid. Be ready when we make the announcement — these spots disappear faster than a witch on a broomstick, and even Glinda can’t wave a wand to get you in if they’re gone!

What is the Journey to Oz?
Your adventure includes four spellbinding challenges: Glinda’s Bubble Pop, Broomstick Putt-Putt, Witch Toss, and Defy Gravity Ring Toss. Conquer all four games and you’ll earn your passage to the Wicked Whirlwind, a swirling stop that transports you straight to the Emerald City! For $20 per play, step inside the tornado for your chance to grab extra raffle tickets and boost your odds of winning a truly wicked prize. Hold on tight… It's going to be a whirlwind of fun!
 
Yellow Brick Road Bricks
If you weren’t able to purchase your Yellow Brick Road brick ahead of time, we will have the option to purchase and handwrite your brick during the auction. Bricks are $25, and a great way to show your Titan some love! Bricks will remain in the hallway past the auction. 
 
What to Wear?
Anything goes in Oz! From Glinda's in glittering gowns to Elphaba's in emerald capes, flying monkeys, wizards, and everything in between, you’re sure to see it all at Holy Trinity’s Wicked Night of Fun. So dust off your broomstick, grab your sparkles, and come dressed to be positively popular… or delightfully wicked!
 
Will The Bar Be Open?
Absolutely!  Our St. Stephen’s Men’s Club will be behind the bar serving drinks included with your ticket to HT's Wicked Night of Fun.  Sip on a spellbinding Green Margarita worthy of Elphaba herself, or raise a glass of our sparkling Pink Cosmo in true Glinda fashion. Whether you’re feeling wicked or wonderfully popular, we’ve got the perfect potion waiting for you at the bar!
 
Last call will be at 9:30pm.  After the auction concludes we hope you will join us at 1st Street Lounge in O’Fallon where they will be donating 15% of sales to Holy Trinity!  Ps- Their pizzas are a favorite among Titans ;-)
