Annual School Auction

For over 20 years, Holy Trinity Catholic School, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, has been providing opportunities for academic excellence, faith formation, and character development to students in Fairview Heights, IL and the surrounding community, preschool through eighth grade.  Our school inspires students to become educated, responsible adults who are valuable and contributing members of the community.  To accomplish our mission, Holy Trinity relies on both tuition income and fundraising efforts.  We hope you will help us achieve these meaningful goals.

We are so excited for our 2025 Holy Trinity School Auction!  Please join us on Saturday, April 26, 2025 for our Masters Auction! The annual auction is our largest event of the year, and the success of our auction depends on the generosity of our donors. Proceeds from the evening directly benefit the children of Holy Trinity school by updating academic curriculum, advancing technology programs, school safety and security, and overall improvements to the school building. Your generous contributions intertwined with your commitment toward enhancing academic excellence, character development, and passing on lifelong values through traditions of faith have notably helped our children reach success.

You are invited to support our school in any of the following ways:

• Become an Auction Sponsor (see image below with levels and benefits) - corporate and individual sponsorships underwrite the cost of the event and help us raise the most money for our school.
• Donate an auction item or service to be auctioned off the night of the event
• Join us in person for a fun, impactful evening - individual tickets and tables are sold via HandBid

This year's Auction will feature a Fund the Need opportunity for giving, which will be dedicated to raising money as we make new classroom spaces in rooms that were previously meeting rooms for our GROWING student population!

Classroom Upgrades and Repurposing:
● New Art Room: locking cabinets with drawers to store student work, locking cabinets to store supplies, tables and stools to fit the space (current tables are much too big for this smaller space), plumbing for sink, sink base cabinet and countertop, new lighting
● New Music Room: new door (must have a window to be a used as classroom), cabinets for instrument storage
● New Multipurpose Room: new door hardware to have locking handle, ViewSonic board
● Old Music Room to Kindergarten Homeroom: Carpet removal, new tile flooring, ViewSonic board, paint
● All four Pre-K Rooms: carpet removal and new tile flooring
● Third grade classroom to “upper grade” homerooms: in-classroom lockers
● All school building: new window blinds, paint, PA/bell system
● Office: Carpet removal and new carpet tile flooring
